Beschreibung
Ziel des Projektes ist die Entwicklung innovativer Lehr-Lernkonzepte auf der Grundlage der Resonanzpädagogik. Lehrkräfte sollen befähigt werden, resonanzpädagogischen Unterricht zu gestalten, um resonante Weltbeziehungen bei Schüler:innen zu fördern. Entfremdung und Benachteiligung im schulischen Kontext sollen reduziert und die Bildungsqualität durch die Fokussierung auf sozial-emotionale Interaktionen gestärkt werden.
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Lehrkräften wird ein resonanzpädagogisches Konzept partizipativ entwickelt u. im Sprach-, Literatur- u. Medienunterricht erprobt. Der Prozess wird nach dem DBR-Ansatz empirisch begleitet und evaluiert. Daraus
werden allgemeine Unterrichtsprinzipien für eine resonanzpädagogische Unterrichtspraxis abgeleitet. Konkrete
Unterrichtsmaterialien u. Methoden zur Umsetzung des Konzepts werden entwickelt. Workshops u. Lehrerfortbildungen zur Umsetzung des Ansatzes sind geplant.
Als Ergebnis werden wissenschaftlich erprobte resonanzpädagogische Lehr-Lernkonzepte für den Schulunterricht erwartet, einschließlich der Beschreibung übergeordneter Unterrichtsprinzipien. Für die Umsetzung werden konkrete Maßnahmen, Methoden und Unterrichtsmaterialien entwickelt. Die empirische Begleitung liefert Erkenntnisse über die Wirksamkeit des Ansatzes. Langfristig wird eine Verbesserung der Lernmotivation und des Schulklimas sowie eine Stärkung der Unterrichtsqualität angestrebt.

The aim of the project is to develop innovative teaching and learning concepts based on resonance pedagogy. Teachers will
be empowered to design lessons to promote resonant world relations among students. The aim is to reduce alienation and
disadvantage in the school context and to enhance the quality of education by focusing on social-emotional interactions.
In close cooperation with teachers, a resonance pedagogical concept will be developed in a participatory way & tested in
language, literature & media classes. The process will be empirically monitored & evaluated using a DBR-Approach.
General teaching principles for resonance pedagogical practice will be derived. Concrete teaching materials & methods will
be developed to implement the concept. Workshops & teacher training courses on the implementation of the approach are
planned.
As a result, scientifically proven resonance pedagogical teaching & learning concepts for school lessons are expected,
including the description of overarching teaching principles. Specific measures, methods & teaching materials will be
developed for implementation. Empirical monitoring will provide insights into the effectiveness of the approach. Teachers will
gain expertise in resonance pedagogy. The long-term aim is to improve motivation to learn, the school climate & the quality
of teaching.
