Beschreibung
Im Bachelorstudium Primarstufe der Pädagischen Hochschule Wien sind Pädagogisch-Praktische Studien als zentraler Bereich der Professionalisierung über den gesamten Studienverlauf verankert. Die Integrationsarbeit aller Studienbereiche und die Verknüpfung mit Praxiserfahrungen findet in Form der Übung „Pädagogisch-Praktische-Studien: Coaching“ statt, die im Studienjahr 2015/16 erstmals angeboten wurde. Über einen qualitativen und einen einen quantitativen Zugang werden in drei Forschungsphasen u.a. folgende Themen erhoben: (1) Funktion der Lehrveranstaltung Coaching im Praxisgesamtkonzept bzw. (2) im Rahmen der Studieneingangs- und Orientierungsphase; (3) Erwartungen von Studierenden und (4) Lehrenden an das Konzept dieser Lehrveranstaltung. Im Sinne einer wissenschaftlichen Begleitung leisten Ergebnisse des Forschungsprojekt einen Beitrag für begeleitende Maßnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung der Qualität dieses Lehrangebots.

In the Bachelor’s program Primary Education at the University of Teacher Education Vienna, Pedagogical Practical Studies are anchored as a central area of professionalization throughout the entire course of study. The integration of all study areas and the linking with practical experiences takes place in the form of the exercise „Pedagogical Practical Studies: Coaching“, which was offered for the first time in the academic year 2015/16. Via a qualitative and a quantitative approach, the following topics, among others, are surveyed in three research phases: (1) function of the course coaching in the overall practice concept or (2) in the context of the study entry and orientation phase; (3) expectations of students and (4) teachers regarding the concept of this course. In the sense of a scientific monitoring, the results of the research project contribute to accompanying measures for the further development of the quality of this course.
