Beschreibung
Im Rahmen der transnationalen Partnerpartnerschaft „Menschen im Gespräch”schließen sich Institutionen der Lehrer_innenbildung, Schulen und Behörden aus Baden-Württemberg, Südtirol, dem Kosovo und Salzburg zusammen, um gemeinsam innovative Bildungskonzepte zu entwickeln. In Projektteams werden für Deutsch als Zweitsprache – unter Berücksichtigung der Migrationspädagogik – Fortbildungskonzepte für Lehrpersonen entwickelt und evaluiert. Auf einer abschließenden Tagung werden die Arbeitsergebnisse im März 2020 in Stuttgart präsentiert und den Partnereinrichtungen, Schulbehörden und Schulen anschließend zur Verfügung gestellt. Mit dem Projekt „Menschen im Gespräch” haben sich die Projektpartner folgende Ziele gesetzt:

Erarbeitung eines transnationalen Fortbildungskonzepts zur Stärkung der interkulturellen Kompetenz von Lehrerinnen und Lehrern, insbesondere für das Fach Deutsch als Zweitsprache/Deutsch als Fremdsprache Erstellung eines Mehrsprachencurriculums Konzeption eines Kompetenzrasters für Schüler/innen in der 3. und 4. Klassen Primarstufe und der 1. und 2. Klasse Sekundarstufe Entwicklung von MOOCs – Massive Open Online Courses zu Deutsch als Zweitsprache (ca. 8x 6 min interaktive Lernvideos) Ausbau der Kooperation mit Schulen und Hochschulen im Kosovo Strategic Partnership „Talk together“.

The transnational partnership „Talk Together“ aims to unite the competences of tertiary education institutions, schools and public authorities across Baden-Württemberg, South Tyrol, Kosovo and Salzburg. In several project teams, the participating partners jointly develop and evaluate innovative training concepts for teachers in the fields of German as a foreign language/second language considering migration pedagogy approaches. Following a final conference in Stuttgart in March 2020, the results of the projects will be made available to collaborate institutions, schools and public authorities.
