Beschreibung
Im Kontext der Lehrer:innenausbildung zielt CoGET darauf ab, pädagogisch betreute Kontexte und Rahmenbedingungen für vielfältige Gemeinschaften von Lehramtsstudierenden (PST – pre-service teachers) zu entwickeln. In den VirtualPLCs arbeiten Lehramtsstudierende mit unterschiedlichen nationalen, sprachlichen, fachlichen und kulturellen Hintergründen gemeinsam an der Gestaltung einer inklusiven Pädagogik, die Bildung für globale Bürgerschaft und die Entwicklung interkultureller Kompetenz integriert. Diese Ansätze sollen in zunehmend mehrsprachigen und multikulturellen Klassenräumen der Primar- und Sekundarstufe Anwendung finden.

In the context of initial teacher education, CoGET aims at developing pedagogically mentored contexts and conditions for
