Beschreibung
Das Forschungsprojekt GoProf begleitet seit 2018 die Ausgestaltung des Praxismodells der PPH Augustinum. Ziel ist einerseits die prozessorientierte Weiterentwicklung der pädagogisch-praktischen Studien, andererseits die Theoriebildung im Feld der berufspraktischen Professionalisierung. Methodologisch orientiert sich GoProf an Design-Based Research und ist zirkulär-iterativ angelegt: wiederkehrende Erhebungsinstrumente werden laufend angepasst, erweitert oder variiert und mit Entwicklungsprozessen gekoppelt. Im Zentrum stehen die Erfahrungen von Studierenden, Ausbildungslehrpersonen und Lehrenden mit dem Praxismodell. Auf diese Weise leistet GoProf sowohl einen Beitrag zur Qualitätsentwicklung der Praxisphasen der PPH Augustinum als auch zur Professionalisierungsforschung.

The research project GoProf has accompanied the development of the practical training model at PPH Augustinum since 2018. Its aim is, on the one hand, the continuous advancement of the pedagogical-practical studies and, on the other hand, the development of theory in the field of professional teacher education. Methodologically, GoProf is based on design-based research and follows a cyclical-iterative approach: recurring instruments are continuously adapted, expanded, or modified and linked to development processes. At its core, GoProf focuses on the experiences of students, training teachers, and university lecturers with the practical training model. In this way, the project contributes both to the quality development of the practice phases at PPH Augustinum and to research on teacher professionalization.
